That is from the TV Series called ดาวเกี้ยวเดือน Dao Kiao Duen aka The Star Circles The Moon, Episode 10. (Thailand 2013)

Older brother Phi Din (P'Din) portrayed by Lift Supoj Janjareon M/F main lead Dao (Prakaidao), his younger sister portrayed by Janie Tienphosuwan / prominent Thai actress. One good whack with a rod on her butt, position of standing and a jump, at home.

Immediately upon being struck with the rod, his sister reaches back to grab her burning bottom.

Dao recklessly endangered her life by acting like an action hero instead of a professional photographer. She traveled up into the northern mountain regions and got entangled with a dangerous national drug cartel, narrowly escaping with her life. Anxious and mad over her recklessness, her brother uses a thin switch to hit her on the backside as corporal discipline to teach her a memorable lesson and demand the truth about what happened.

Dao arrives back at her condo apartment carrying her luggage and notices the door is unlocked. Sensing danger, she quietly puts down her bags, grabs a wooden baseball bat from the umbrella rack, and tiptoes down the hallway ready to strike.

A man in a blue shirt emerges from the kitchen corner. Dao swings the bat, but he ducks just in time, shouting: "Hey! It's me!" It turns out to be her older brother, Din.

As Dao breathes a sigh of relief, Din suddenly whips out a thin flexible bamboo switch and strikes her across her buttocks. Dao yelps in genuine pain: "Ouch! P'Din! That really hurt Dao!".
