雀骨 aka Key to the Phoenix Heart, Episode 1.

The scenes are from the TV Series called 雀骨 aka Key to the Phoenix Heart, Episode 1. (China 2026) 1. Protagonist, Xie Jiayu F / prop dummy, lashing with a whip on its bum, position of on all fours being on the floor, in the presence of other people.

Jiayu secretly operates under the alias "Young Master of Miraculous Craft", making her a master inventor and artisan. Desperate to ruin the arranged matchmaking meeting arranged by her mother, she stages a grotesque "execution" right as the prospective groom (Young Master Bai Lin) and his mother walk into the hall.

When Jiayu strikes the neck of the dummy with her whip, the detachable "head" flies off and rolls across the polished wooden floor, stopping right at the suitor's feet. Believing he just witnessed a brutal decapitation by a sadistic madwoman, Young Master Bai faints on the spot, and his terrified family flees.

In the immediate aftermath, Jiayu’s mother interrogates her over the confiscated props laid out on the table.

2. Guard F/F protagonist, Xie Jiayu, whacking with a stick on her posterior, position of lying on a wooden bench, in front of witnesses. One of the female guards holds her. Xie Jiayu's father eventually steps in to stop the hitting.

Princess Yunzhao – Xie Jiayu's mother ordered the physical punishment. The mother originally commanded the guards to discipline the maid Cang'er for assisting and watching the door, but Jiayu shielded her and demanded that she take the punishment instead.

Jiayu deliberately ruined an arranged matchmaking meeting with Young Master Bai (Bai Lin) by staging an eccentric, horrifying prank that caused the suitor to faint.

To create the creepy hair prop, she cut off hair from the tails of Lightning and Dilu, two prized warhorses bestowed directly by the Emperor.

She openly defied her mother's authority over her marriage arrangements, declaring she would only marry a man named A-Mao.

While Jiayu is being struck, the maid Nanxing rushes outside to find the father (Grand Tutor Xie Huaigui), who is observing the solemn procession of Beifu army coffins. The father hurries home and immediately calls off the punishment. When the mother checks on Jiayu, she realizes Jiayu did not tie her usual protective cushion under her clothes and endured the blows directly without crying out. Concerned, the mother orders a physician to be summoned, commuting the rest of the punishment into self-reflection in the ancestral hall and copying the Book of Rites 100 times.

When Jiayu returns home later, she complains that her hands ache from copying the Book of Rites all day. Her mom sees through her excuses and strictly reminds her that once her welts from the beating heal, she must still go kneel and reflect in the ancestral hall.
