恃宠 aka His Chosen Favor, Episode 6.

Beyond the official accusation, the Empress Dowager is driven by deep-seated jealousy and hatred, as she is frustrated by the intense romantic attention Lu Zhen'er receives from both the Emperor and Prince Rui.

Ultimately, Lu Zhen'er avoids receiving the full sentence of 50 strokes to her posterior, since she flees in the middle of the paddling. Luckily for her, Prince Rui arrives by chance shortly after; he takes her under his protective wings and, through his influence, makes it impossible for the physical punishment to go on.
