น้องใหม่ร้ายบริสุทธิ์ Nong Mai Rai Borisut aka Nongmai Club, Episode 774. The Broken Cane

Now, the title of the series as well as the episode number and name have been identified. In addition, other scenes we didn't know about until now have been discovered, and English subtitles have been added.

1. Teacher Ajarn Pa F/FM teen students Deejung and Connect, hard striking with a cane on their butts, position of standing with crossing their arms over their chests, in front of their classmates, in the school hall. The blows clearly sting their backsides, as both the girl and the boy use their hands to rub their sore bottoms.

This discipline is secretly recorded, sparking an uproar among modern parents.

The reason for the caning is truancy. Deejung and Connect decided to skip their lessons to go out and have fun. 

They were caught having left the school grounds without permission. In the traditional Thai school system, this is seen as a major sign of irresponsibility and a lack of respect for their education.

Ajarn Pa believes that skipping school is a gateway behavior that leads to worse habits. She states in the dialogue: "If I don't punish you, you will just do it again." She follows the traditional Thai proverb - If you love your children, hit them, believing the physical pain will instill discipline.

As is customary for school discipline in Thailand, the students are ordered to stand straight and cross their arms over their chests while the teacher strikes them on the buttocks with the cane.

2. Teacher M/M teen student Phupha, harsh beating with a cane on his buttocks, position of standing, in the teacher's office.

Phupha ended up in a brawl, causing the disciplining teacher to lose his temper. Phupha maintained that he was merely trying to protect a girl from harassment by some mean boys. 

The teachers and other students view Phupha as someone who thinks his family's money allows him to do whatever he wants. They believe he needs to be straightened out by the cane.

In a final act of defiance, Phupha challenges the teacher's methods and willfully walks out of the classroom in the middle of their argument. Refusing to let him flout school rules, Ajarn Pa runs after him and stops him in his tracks. Caught and unable to leave, Phupha continues to provoke her, telling her to strike him if she wants to, as it will be the last time she ever gets to discipline a child there. 

Ajarn Pa explains that the pain today is better than letting him go undisciplined and causing pain to others in the future.

The female student Namkhing reveals a crucial detail to Deejung: When Ajarn Pa was caning her in the first scene, the teacher was actually crying. This scene explains the Thai Teacher archetype—Ajarn Pa views her students as her own children. She stays late to tutor students for free and uses her own money to buy food for those who spend their allowance on games. She is an incredibly kind and dedicated woman who uses the old-fashioned method of discipline because she genuinely believes it is the only way to save her students from a bad future.
