西藏秘密 aka The Untold Story of Tibet, Episode 9.

These two convicts are whipped directly as punishment for their actions. According to the judgment, they were found guilty of participating in the unrest and the attack on the Delek family estate during a funeral. Luo Sang (The Steward): Luo Sang was also sentenced to be whipped because he was found guilty of being stupid and self-righteous, which led to the disturbance of harmony between the noble families. As we already know, his servant received the corporal punishment in his place.
