骊歌行 aka Court Lady, Episode 9.

 It is from the TV Series called 骊歌行 aka Court Lady, Episode 9. The Empress (and later the Emperor) considered this an enormous disgrace: the princess leaving the palace without permission, in men’s clothing, at night, ending up in a brothel, causing a public fight.
