In this context, let's ask ourselves what porn actually is. In this particular scene, only a bare butt is visible. In my opinion, porn can be anything that involves a naked figure, or at least naked private parts. That's up for debate. Basically, we can call porn anything that serves sexual gratification. In this case, however, I would see it as consensual spanking.
