 This is from the musical comedy/light opera called Auf dem Nockherberg, Gestrandet · Das Singspiel (Germany 2023) F/F one slap with her hand on her bottom, position of standing, in front of an audience. This one is part of an anually televised strong beer festival "Auf dem Nockherberg" in Munich (Bavaria/Germany). It's tradition to mock the politicians in form a play. In the scene the Bavarian leader of the Green Party Katharina Schulze (portrayed by actress Sina Reiß) gets one smack by a crazy lady living on the island where they have run ashore.
